I’m Katie, the human behind the calligraphy at ALittleAfterNine.

I stumbled into hand lettering in 2016 when I took a "Cocktails and Calligraphy" class. This experience taught me the skills I needed to hand letter my own wedding invitations and envelopes. However, with my full-time teaching schedule, I found that the most time I spent creating was (quite literally) a little after nine o’clock pm.

Based in Northeast Ohio, ALittleAfterNine, my sweet little calligraphy studio, combines handwritten elements and water color to create beautiful, one-of-a-kind art pieces and stationery. From weddings to home decor, I love putting ink on paper and bringing visions to life for brides and homes across the country.
